Jōb Industrial Services Appoints Randy Nelson as Vice President of Operations

Jōb Industrial Services (Jōb), an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company serving the oil and gas, power, materials and chemical industries, has appointed Randy Nelson as vice president of operations.

Based in the Salt Lake City office, Nelson will direct, coordinate and oversee engineering, project management and construction, with a focus on integrating operations to ensure proper development and execution of projects at Jōb.

Steve Wendel, president and chief operating officer, Jōb, said, “Randy is a degreed mechanical engineer who brings with him more than 28 years of experience leading engineering services and major project teams. He is passionate about engineering, safety and meeting client expectations.”

Nelson’s background includes a diverse list of industry sectors, which will complement the Jōb team’s current areas of expertise.

In his career, Nelson has managed a capital project portfolio of more than $600 million per year. He also has successfully delivered projects of all sizes, including managing a multi-year, $800 million expansion program. His most recent role was vice president at a firm committed to supporting U.S., federal, state, municipal governments, foreign allied governments and commercial clients with technological advancements in engineering and project execution.
