Safety is Our Priority

Jōb Industrial Services understands that our ability to implement safe practices at your site is paramount. With this in mind, we take a proactive approach to safety by training our team to recognize at-risk behaviors and take positive action to mitigate injuries and incidents. Emphasizing pre-task planning, safe work behaviors and observation reporting drives our accident prevention processes.

Safety awareness is part of our company culture, with all new team members completing an initial background check, drug and alcohol screening and company safety training. If a Jōb team member will be working at a site with specific hazards, both the team member and management review the required tasks and any appropriate additional training is provided. Jōb also conducts frequent company safety meetings to discuss recognized industry training topics and task-specific subjects. We understand that as our team members adopt safe work practices then both work and home behaviors change in a positive way. To do this, we encourage our employees to ask questions and welcome any input on how to better approach a project or situation. It creates an environment in which our employees, contractors and subcontractors feel comfortable and confident to discuss the work that they are performing.

Jōb Industrial Services complies with all recognized safety and security laws and regulations such as those established by: OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DOT, and all other applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations. To further support our customers, Jōb is active in many compliance review platforms which include: ISNetworld, Avetta, Browz, PEC Safety, and DISA.

At Jōb Industrial Services safety practices have become part of our daily routine and, in turn, part of your success. In any phase, in whatever we engineer, design, procure or construct, it will be done with the safety of our people, your company, and the project in mind.

The following principles support this philosophy

  • All injuries and accidents are preventable through establishment and compliance with safe work procedures.

  • Written safety plans describing the safe work practices and procedures to be practiced in all workplace actions are an essential element of the overall workplace safety program. All employees at every level are responsible for knowing and following the safety practices described in the written safety plans.

  • Continually measure and improve employee health and safety.

  • Off the job, all employees should be similarly safe and demonstrate awareness of potential hazards.

What is our reward?

At the end of the day, we all go home to our families in a healthy condition.
