JEPCO was contracted to engineer, procure and construct (EPC) the OSBL for the heavy crude refinery expansion for a Rocky Mountain Region refiner. This included 26 different projects. Some of those projects included the WX heavy Crude Piperack, unloading (both Rail and Truck), Utilities (Air, Water, Steam), RO System, BFW, Cooling Tower, DCS and Systems Integration Upgrade, Tankage, Integrating TG from the SRU and Incineration with the Belco Scrubber (replaces need for a costly TGU), Black Wax Dewatering System as well as complete process engineering support for the ISBL expansion.
