JEPCO performed the process design, 3-D detail design, procurement of major equipment & instrumentation, & provided operator training & start up assistance. The new sour water stripper unit was designed to strip the NH3 (ammonia) to below 20 ppmw. While stripping out the NH3 to the low level, the H2S is stripped to below the 5 ppmw requirement at Western Region refiner.
